A bit disappointed, guess I was a bit out shape further than I thought.
Saturday
Beach ultimate for 3+ hours. It wasn't all that exciting, but as an areobic excercise, it is fantastic. I think that it will become a weekly event until JAM 06 starts. Builds legs and lungs as well as being low impact.
Want to go to Lei-Out...but not likely. Paga and Kaimana are more important.
